About Dr. Greg
I am committed to providing compassionate treatment in a private and confidential manner. I adapt my therapeutic approach to the unique needs of my clients, and utilize both skill-based and insight-oriented approaches. I believe in fostering a safe and comfortable environment for my clients, and I believe that each person's lived experience is unique. Furthermore, I make sure to be aware of multicultural, diversity, and systemic issues that may be contributing to a client’s distress.
In addition to one-on-one sessions, I have facilitated various groups that utilize different therapeutic styles, such as interpersonal process, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) support and empowerment groups.
While completing my doctorate, I trained in community mental health settings, college counseling centres, as well as private therapy clinics providing individual, couples, and group therapy. I have a passion for working with adolescents and adults in the LGBTQ community, however my practice is not limited to this population.
In terms of my services, I offer individual therapy to adolescents and adults. Some presenting concerns often include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, sexual identity and gender identity.
